Anatomy Trains, recognized leader in Structural Integration certification, whose short courses, books, dvds and webinars present ‘holistic anatomy’ for manual and movement therapists, today announced the release of “How Fascia Moves” featuring Thomas Myers, bodyworker and author of Anatomy Trains. This 30 minute webinar features Tom sharing his 40 years of experience and skill in concise and easy to understand principles and examples of how the fabric of connective tissue, known as fascia, moves within the human body. Understanding fascia is essential to the dance between stability and movement – crucial in high performance, central in recovery from injury and disability, and ever-present in our daily life from our embryological beginnings to the last breath we take.

For a limited time, Anatomy Trains is offering this webinar for free with a sign up to the Anatomy Trains newsletter. The webinar can also be purchased on the Anatomy Trains website. To sign up for the free webinar log onto: https://www.anatomytrains.com/newsletter-signup/
