Anatomy Trains in Motion (ATiM) has been officially recognized by Thomas W. Myers from Anatomy Trains. The course is a module in itself as well as part of the Slings Myofascial Training education.

The course has been developed by Karin Gurtner specifically for movement professionals who want to broaden their professional horizons and skills in anatomy and structural integration through motion.

Slings is a holistic movement concept that can be incorporated into all body-minded practices. The elaborate fascia-focused training aims for structural integration, functionality and inside-out wellbeing through conscious movement.
