Anatomy Trains is excited to announce a new offering as part of our 2023 Summer Program on the coast of Maine!
ATSI Certified Teacher and Founder of ZOGA Multidimensional Movement, Wojtek Cackowski will be offering private ZOGA therapy sessions while he’s in residence in Maine to teach.
Wojtek will also be offering these sessions in Boulder, CO, while he is there to co-teach with Todd Garcia at the dissection lab.

These sessions build off the foundation of structural integration, while incorporating movement and what Wojtek terms “functional integration.” Wojtek uses ZOGA asanas in all planes of movement to push the tissues to create more glide and free restrictions.
