The upper Spiral Line is wrapped around the trunk - left and right in opposite directions - from head to hip around the opposite shoulder and ribs.
The lower Spiral Line is a sling or 'jump rope' that passes from the pelvis under the arch and back again.
The Spiral Line interweaves among the other lines, so that some of the myofascial units that are included in this line are also included in the Front, Back, and Lateral Lines.
The Spiral Line obviously creates spiral and rotational movements in the body.
