At the fibula head we encounter a switch. If we travel posteriorly we find a strong continuity with Bicept Femoris. We will follow this fascial link when we explore the Spiral Line. The Lateral Line follows the anterior continuity, across the anterior ligament of the head of the fibula to connect with the IT Band.
