Your Daily Practice Vol. 2: Slings in Motion
(Does not earn CEUs)
This Slings in Motion album contains a versatile selection of functionally choreographed movement sequences for the whole body with exercises in standing, sitting, weight bearing, kneeling, prone and supine. The sequences are suitable for personal practice and serve as teaching inspiration (if you are a certified movement professional).
The exercises and transitions are demonstrated with precision. The movement mechanics and anatomy are explained in detail with easy to understand language and complemented with imagery.
Slings in Motion is a fascia-focussed body-mind training that can be practised daily. In the long run, Slings activates the body’s self-healing powers, optimizes resilience, promotes balanced myofascial tone, even force transmission and movement ease, as well as refining system communication within the body and signal perception.
ESSENTIAL PROPS:
- 2 soft massage balls and/or 2 toning balls.
- Optional: 1 Yoga block or cushion/blanket.
