Dissection of the Anatomy Trains

In early 2006, Tom and a team of students joined Todd Garcia at the Laboratory of Anatomical Enlightenment near Denver, Colorado to attempt a dissection of the Anatomy Trains myofascial continuities.

We succeeded beyond our dreams, and the results became the basis for our first Dissection DVD. The multimedia bits in the column to the right show you how very real and palpable the Anatomy Trains actually are.

In May 2007 Tom returned to Denver for the first dissection of a fresh tissue cadaver and two years later, in May 2009 he again led a group of 20 students on another research dissection, photos of which can be seen in this gallery.

The excellent film footage of this latest dissection will serve as the next DVD, to be released at the end of 2009.
