Dissection of the Anatomy Trains

In early 2006, Tom and a team of students joined Todd Garcia at the Laboratory of Anatomical Enlightenment near Denver, Colorado to attempt a dissection of the Anatomy Trains myofascial continuities.

We succeeded beyond our dreams, and the results - photos and videos - are now available to you on DVD. The multimedia bits in the column to the right show you how very real and palpable the Anatomy Trains actually are.
