Zoga for Lumbopelvic Stability and Freedom Live Online with Wojtek Cackowski
Friday, October 29th, 11 AM – 1 PM EDT
Please join us for an inspired and intelligent Zoga Movement class focused on lumbopelvic stability and freedom with the incomparable Wojtek Cackowski!
Humans balance the spine, head, and rib cage above the two slippery ball bearings of the hip joints. This biomechanical ‘trick’ is accomplished by the dynamic balance between the muscles before and behind the hip joint. Zoga invites glide and nourishing movement to provide healthy stability and freedom in these joints.
In this rich Zoga movement program, we will feel and explore the balance between the iliopsoas complex and the deep lateral rotator group that leads to adaptable lumbopelvic stability and psoas-diaphragm balance that deepens core strength.
This workshop explores this dynamic in terms of common postural and functional strategies that lead over time to low back pain and chronic instability in the pelvis and sacroiliac joint.
If you cannot take this course live, it will be recorded and the recording made available to all registrants for 45 days after the course ends.
Note: to ensure a high quality student experience, registration will CLOSE on Thursday, October 28th at 8PM EDT.
