Tom Myers Immersion (TMI) – Join author and bodyworker Tom Myers on the beautiful coast of Maine in a 3-day exploration of fascia, anatomy, movement, evolution, professional development, and the nature of human process. Immerse yourself in body systems interaction, development of your ability to visually assess posture, gait, functional movement, using tools from Feldenkrais, developmental movement, with special attention to the breath. This course includes 4 night’s lodging and two meals. (10 person max)
