Tom and Ian create an electric atmosphere of dynamism and humor as they explore the self-limiting patterns we all take on from our parents, our heroes, and our traumas. Designed primarily for trainers and movement teachers, this workshop will have relevance for bodyworkers as well. Learn to see, read, open, and resolve patterns of movement in your clients.
