Individual price $150 or $200 for both Parts 1 and 2 of this exciting webinar series!

In a brand-new webinar series with Fascia Training Academy, Anatomy Trains author Tom Myers shows how our fascial fabric contributes to postural patterns.  Your brain ‘listens’ in on the forces affecting your fascial network, and then ‘speaks’ to muscles to balance and move you in a constant  mobility / stability equation. Learn the underlying fascial properties that contribute to maximum performance and injury resilience for everyone.

In Module 2, Tom Myers will take a deeper dive: How does the fascial system respond in injury and what factors – like hydration, glide, and what genetic type of fascia you have – govern injury recovery in our neuromyofascial web.

Bill Parisi and Dr. Rob Gray will then introduce a dynamic systems approach by considering the athlete’s body as a complex, self-organizing, adaptive system. Evidence will be presented for the protective effects of movement variability and movement complexity. Finally, we will consider the critical role of fascial training in developing these beneficial system properties.

This series of two exciting online lectures with Q & A will be held live via Zoom webinar over one weekend. Take one or sign up for both at a discount!

You will have access to the recordings of these sessions for 45 days after each session ends!
