Layna Cirelli

Layna Cirelli is a Certified KMI Structural Integrator, Myofascial Therapist and Movement Educator. She has been in private practice since 1995, upon receipt of her Certificate in Therapeutic Massage from the Massage Institute of New England, Cambridge, Massachusetts. Since then, Layna has undertaken additional trainings, including: neuromuscular technique with the St. John Neuromuscular Institute; cranial sacral therapy with The Upledger Institute; visceral and structural integration with Christoph Somers and Tom Myers, The Kinesis Institute; Aston Movement with Judith Aston Therapeutics; and KMI Structural Integration Certification with Tom Myers, The Kinesis Institute (2002).

Prior to becoming a massage therapist, Layna trained professionally 30+ years in ballet, modern and contemporary dance, as well as a lifetime study of yoga, pilates and martial arts.

Layna has been teaching Anatomy, Physiology and Kinesiology at several Arizona Massage schools since 2002; has offered various movement education workshops at numerous schools and community centers both in Massachusetts and Arizona; and is currently a teacher-in-training with The Kinesis Institute for Kinesis Myofascial Structural Certification.

Currently, Layna divides her time between teaching and private practice as a KMI structural integrator, where she combines structural and movement therapies to help clients achieve and maintain free full-body function, vitality and quality of movement.
