Location: Walpole, ME, USA
Price: Original price was: $850.00.$750.00Current price is: $750.00.
Scarwork is Sharon Wheeler’s original discovery, and one that she is continually developing and expanding on. There are 19 separate techniques used to integrate different qualities of scar tissue into the fascial web. Most will be demonstrated in class. They are simple to learn and easy to do.The Tail End of the body seems to receive a generous number of accidental impacts. And these impacts can distort the relationship between the bones and distort the actual shape of the bones in the region; the sacrum, coccyx, pelvis, and femur. Many thanks to the equestrian who inspired this workshop.

Traumatic experiences – large single events and small repeated ones – hook into all the body systems, creating limitations and ‘no go’ areas. Bodywork, breath work, and intelligent movement create a pathway to discover, process, and resolve these patterns and their psychophysiological effects.
