Roxanne DePalma is a fun loving student of life. She is a 30 year bodyworker and jokes that in high school she worked on cars and when she got out of high school she started working on bodies. She approaches the body holistically and loves this quote by Mr Rogers, “Anything in life is mentionable, and anything mentionable, is manageable.”
She became a licensed Holistic Health Practitioner in 1996, and has continued her education. Her first structural integration training was Hellerwork work based in 1997. She has special perspective of the pelvic floor and has a passion for women’s health and female anatomy.
She is currently traveling and assisting various bodywork trainings, and otherwise settled in Maine with her part-time seasonal practice. Her passion for the body extends into Todd Garcia, Laboratories of Anatomical Enlightenment, as a teacher in the lab since 2025, for Anatomy Trains. She loves helping folks embody themselves more through dance, bodywork, and community connection.
