Tom Myers Immersion (TMI) – Join author and bodyworker Tom Myers on the beautiful coast of Maine in a 3-day exploration of fascia, anatomy, natural movement, evolution, professional development, and the nature of physical intelligence. Work directly with Tom Myers in an intimate seaside setting to gain new perspectives, new tricks for client compliance, and new applications to evoke movement. This mentorship is strictly limited to 10 people, and includes a full postural assessment from Tom, full electronic handouts, transfer to the class from Portland Maine, housing, and two dinners.
This course is intended for movement teachers (Pilates, yoga, etc), personal trainers and athletic coaches.
