An embodied study of touch and movement

This second webinar continues the exploration of the thoracolumbar junction (TLJ) as the body’s central exchange zone. Building on the concepts introduced in Part 1, we shift from theory into lived experience—examining how touch, movement, safety, and timing are perceived and expressed through the TLJ.

This webinar is designed for Structural Integration practitioners, physiotherapists, osteopaths, and movement professionals who want to deepen perception, refine pacing, and support integration beyond technique. Continuing Education credits (CEs) are available for eligible participants. Students will have lifetime access to the recording.

This course will be provided over Zoom webinar with live chat and Q&A.
