Join Anatomy Trains in partnership with Fascia Training Academy for another exciting webinar! We are proud to bring together Tom Myers, renowned author of Anatomy Trains and leading expert in human movement and fascial anatomy, and Alex Guerrero, Tom Brady’s longtime bodyworker and a pioneer in performance-focused manual therapy,

Early bird price of $99 held until September 2, 2026 / $199 thereafter

This conversation brings together two individuals who have spent decades examining the human body from perspectives that extend beyond isolated muscles.

Tom Myers has helped transform how coaches, therapists, and clinicians understand the interconnected fascial system.

Alex Guerrero has spent decades applying his own tissue-focused and recovery-centered philosophy in the most demanding laboratory imaginable: elite professional sport.

Together, they will explore an increasingly important question for coaches, therapists, medical professionals, and performance specialists:

How can we create athletes who aren’t simply stronger and faster—but more adaptable, resilient, available, and capable of sustaining elite performance over time?

What if the key to moving better, performing longer, and aging well isn’t simply about training harder—but about helping the body recover, adapt, and remain resilient?

Together, Tom and Alex will explore how manual therapy can influence mobility, tissue quality, recovery, nervous system regulation, and overall resilience—and why these principles matter not only for elite athletes, but for anyone who wants to maintain strength, vitality, and function as they age.

Drawing from decades of experience working with bodies at the highest levels, they’ll discuss:

  • How manual therapy can support the body’s ability to adapt to physical and emotional stress
  • The relationship between fascia, movement, recovery, and resilience
  • Why maintaining tissue mobility and adaptability may be critical to long-term function
  • How hands-on work can complement strength training, mobility work, and other approaches to performance and longevity
  • What we can learn from elite athletes about caring for the body over the long term
  • How manual therapy may help us move from simply treating problems to proactively maintaining capacity

This is a conversation about more than pain relief. It’s about creating a body that can continue to adapt, recover, and perform—through every stage of life.

This series of two online lectures with Q & A will be held live via Zoom webinar over two weekends and presented at a low price for access to both sessions!

You will have lifetime access to the recordings!

About Alex Guerrero — Performance, Recovery & Longevity Pioneer
Alex Guerrero is one of the most influential and unconventional figures in modern professional sports performance, recovery, and athlete longevity. With approximately three decades of experience working with professional and world-class athletes, Guerrero has built his career around a fundamental question: How do we keep athletes healthy, resilient, available, and performing at their highest level for as long as possible?
He is best known for his more than two-decade relationship with seven-time Super Bowl champion Tom Brady, serving as Brady’s longtime body coach, performance and recovery specialist, close friend, and business partner.
Their work together became one of the most remarkable longevity stories in professional sports.
Guerrero began working with Brady during the prime of his NFL career and helped develop an approach that placed tremendous emphasis on recovery, tissue quality and pliability, movement, hydration, nutrition, and proactive injury management. Rather than simply treating problems after they occurred, the philosophy centered on maintaining the body so that it could repeatedly tolerate the enormous physical demands of professional football.
Brady has repeatedly credited Guerrero as a major factor in his ability to remain healthy and perform at an elite level deep into his 40s. Brady ultimately played 23 NFL seasons and retired at age 45, winning seven Super Bowls and establishing one of the longest and most successful careers in the history of professional sports.
Their work ultimately evolved into the TB12 Method, bringing many of the principles Guerrero and Brady had developed together—including pliability, recovery, nutrition, hydration, movement, and longevity—to athletes and the general public.
From One Athlete to an Entire NFL Organization
Today, Guerrero’s influence has expanded far beyond the treatment and preparation of an individual athlete.
He serves as Wellness Coordinator for the Las Vegas Raiders, where the organization states that he oversees multiple departments focused on enhancing the health and well-being of players, coaches, and staff.
This represents an important evolution of Guerrero’s work: taking principles developed over decades with elite athletes and applying them across an entire professional sports organization.
Tom Brady recently highlighted the impact publicly, stating that the Raiders have achieved one of the lowest—and, in Brady’s words, “the lowest”—injury rates in the NFL, while implementing many of the recovery and wellness protocols that Guerrero originally used with Brady.
The objective goes beyond simply treating injuries.
It is about creating an environment that improves player availability, recovery, durability, tissue health, and long-term performance.
Guerrero’s influence has also extended into professional soccer through Brady’s involvement with Birmingham City Football Club, where similar health, recovery, and performance principles have been introduced. Brady has publicly pointed to the club’s exceptionally high player availability and low injury rates as another example of what can happen when recovery and athlete health become organizational priorities.
A Different Lens on Human Performance
What makes Guerrero’s career particularly relevant today is his willingness to challenge conventional assumptions about strength, recovery, tissue quality, and longevity.
Long before concepts such as pliability, tissue quality, elasticity, recovery, and whole-system athlete management became mainstream performance conversations, Guerrero was exploring how the quality and adaptability of the body’s tissues could influence movement, pain, recovery, and performance.
His work asks an important question:
What if the ultimate measure of a performance system isn’t simply how strong or powerful an athlete becomes—but how consistently that athlete can express those qualities while remaining healthy and available?
That philosophy helped shape one of the greatest longevity stories in professional sports with Tom Brady and is now being applied on an organizational level within the NFL.
