Special Dissection Livestream with Todd Garcia and Mel Burns
In this unique livestream, we will be working with a donor who has never been frozen or embalmed, allowing for the most true-to-life visualization of tissue movement, color, and form.
You will see firsthand the intricate anatomy of the deep lateral rotators of the hip, including a rare presentation in which the piriformis is “split” outside the pelvis—often referred to as “false sciatica”—as well as the view of the sacral plexus moving with the piriformis and obturator internus inside the pelvis, representing “true sciatica.”
This livestream explores one of the most common client complaints and reveals what the true anatomy looks like and how it moves in a never-frozen donor.
