Session 1: Shouldering On Live Online with Tom Myers and Arun Rajaram MD, FAAOS
Continuing our successful collaborations with the latest in treatment of athletic and overuse injuries, join us for a tour of shoulder injuries and the latest treatment protocols. First, Tom points to postural compensations that can overuse the major structures of the shoulder, including our recent dissections of untreated fascia reaching down into the shoulder joint. Then, Dr Arun Rajaram, who operates on shoulders frequently, will present inspiring new minimally-invasive shoulder procedures. Some injuries and pains in the shoulder are amenable to manual therapy while some require surgery. Together, these methods can address problems with more accuracy and less recovery time – up your game with movement, training, and manual intervention.
