Max capacity: 12  students.

Your body’s intelligence is a source of great wisdom, but who has time to listen?  Take these two days in a calm and supportive setting to drop in to your own particular movement pattern. See its strengths and limitations, its sources of energy and pain.

Moving is important, but how you move and where you are going with it is more important. Movement is not just about maintaining health, movement allows you to open up new areas in your body and new chapters in your emotional and spiritual life.

In this two-day immersion, you will experience:

  • Learn and play with the developmental sequence we all go through to come to standing. Feel how the spirals of this restorative set of movements is a tool for life in bringing harmony to your joints, and extending your health-span
  • A personal ‘bodyreading’ based on Tom’s 50 years of experience reading people’s patterns. What’s right, as well as what’s wrong with you? Where is the pain – psychic or physical – really sourced?  What is your body trying to say, or trying to tell you?
  • What are the strengths and weaknesses of the major movement streams – yoga, Pilates, personal training ,plyometrics, martial arts, etc. – and which are suited to your body and tissue type?

It’s packed, it’s fun, it’s personal, and it’s meaningful.

This course is open to anyone who wants to know more about their body and movement patterns.
