In this advanced Structural Integration masterclass, practitioners will discover that a neurovascular approach to working with the adductors and psoas/iliacus territory is a fascinating, anatomically specific, and gentle way to help balance the pelvis, reduce lumbar lordosis, and reduce chronic hamstring shortness. In addition, you will be working with the lower leg to provide support and lift for the whole Deep Front Line. This masterclass provides a preview of the Manual NVR-SI course series that Kier will resume teaching this August in Maine as part of Anatomy Trains’ summer program.
Note: If you cannot attend this course live, each session will be recorded and the recording made available to all registrants for 45 days.
