Breath is the one movement you repeat over 10,000 times a day – and it sits in the fulcrum between our conscious and unconscious.  It affects emotional health and spinal health; it massages the organs – and the word ‘spirit’ is based in breath.  Learn manual and movement techniques to free both the inhale and exhale movements, free the rib heads where they meet the spine, and balance the shoulders over the ribs.  After this course, you’ll feel better and your clients will too.
