BodyReading® – Postural, Gait, and Motion Assessment
Course is over.
Loading a steady structure leads to less injury than loading an imbalanced one. Compensations in one area can lead to injury in another very distant structure – learn to see it coming! That pronated foot can lead to knee, hip, low back, or even neck problems when significantly stressed. Learn to see where your clients are falling out of alignment so you can correct problems before they turn into injury.
Can you see the client’s structural ‘story’ in their pattern of joint relationships? Learn easy-to-apply assessment techniques including:
- breath response to the T-spine
- spinal rotations in gait
- knee rotations and ligament strain
- hips and shoulders
Help your clients unwind into balance.
