Explore the rich depths of the pelvis through inspiring lecture, intelligent movement sequences, and manual therapy techniques, with Anatomy Trains Certified Teacher, Physical Therapist, and founder of ZOGA: Multidimensional Movement, Wojtek Cackowski.

Proper pelvic balance is vital to health of the spine, organs, and gait. We will explore the relevant anatomy of the pelvis including the deep lateral rotators, pelvic floor, psoas, illiacus, adductors, and quadratus lumborum through movement and manual therapy. This course includes multidimensional movement practices as well as manual therapy techniques.
