Proper pelvic balance is vital to health of the spine, organs, and gait. We will explore the relevant anatomy of the pelvis including the deep lateral rotators, pelvic floor, psoas, illiacus, adductors, and quadratus lumborum through movement and manual therapy. This course includes multidimensional movement practices as well as manual therapy techniques.
