Join author and bodyworker Tom Myers for an immersive exploration of anatomy, natural movement, evolution, professional development, and the nature of physical intelligence.

In an intimate setting, you learn the latest research on fascia as an organ of structure and function, biotensegrity, BodyReading (how to see and understand bodies), and postural patterns of compensation through the lens of the Anatomy Trains myofascial meridians. Through lectures, discussions, breathwork, movement exercises, hands-on practice, and partner-work in “feeling your way through the lines,” you gain new perspectives on postural assessment, holistic anatomy, and more.

You return home with a clear understanding of holistic anatomy as it relates to the neuromyofascial web, BodyReading skills, and palpation skills, as well as a deeper embodiment of healthy principles of movement for more resilience and vitality.

This course is open to everyone—including manual and movement professionals, yoga and pilates teachers, personal trainers, and anyone desiring more dynamic resilience in their embodied movement.
