Live and interactive with fascial pioneer and Anatomy Trains author Tom Myers. Complete your tour of the Myofascial Meridians bodymap in terms of the Deep Front Line (our core) and the four Arms Lines, running from shoulder to hand.
Work your way progressively through your own myofascial core, and build your knowledge of shoulder and arm function by tracing all four lines from trunk to fingers.
