This lecture will be delivered over Zoom videoconferencing due to the unusual circumstances of the global pandemic. 

Live and interactive with fascial pioneer and Anatomy Trains author Tom Myers.  Here we continue our tour of the Myofascial Meridians bodymap: the Lateral and Spiral Lines  

The Lateral Line is our ‘outer stability system’, with implications for side-to-side imbalances and stability in sport.  Explore the Spiral Line’s multiple roles in gait. Trace both these lines and their application to therapy.
