Anatomy Trains and the Institute of Motion have once again teamed up, however this time, for a deeper dive.
With the dissection portion led by Tom Myers of Anatomy Trains, and the application to training led by Institute of Motion’s Michol Dalcourt, this workshop packs an incredible amount of learning into 3 days.
This intensive course is unlike anything you have done before, and will forever change your view of what’s going on inside – and therefore how you train yourself and others.
Spend Day 1 & 2 in the hands-on anatomy lab doing dissection projects and seeing the nerves, joints, organs, muscles, and the many layers and types of fascial tissue: tendons, ligaments, sheets and attachments, then apply this knowledge in the Day 3 workshop.
Join AT and IoM in beautiful Westminster/Boulder, Colorado.
