Frank loves this work. With a background in physical therapy and body training, he has long been fascinated by posture, movement chains, and the fascial system.
His first encounter with the ideas of Anatomy Trains came many years ago through reading and exploration, which sparked his deep interest in fascia and body alignment. Over time, what began as personal curiosity grew into formal training, and eventually led him to complete his professional certification in Structural Integration with Anatomy Trains after years of dedicated study and practice.
He works with postpartum mothers, athletes, people who spend long hours at a desk, and anyone who simply wants to breathe and move more freely. Frank believes that Structural Integration is not only a way to relieve pain and discomfort but also a pathway to rediscover balance, vitality, and ease in the body.
One of his clients once shared: “I just wanted to fix my shoulder and neck pain, but now I walk with ease, breathe more deeply, and feel like a whole new person!” Feedback like this continually inspires Frank. He admires the ATSI system for its step-by-step logic and its power to enhance both structural health and overall well-being.
When he is not in his studio, Frank enjoys reading anatomy and movement science, exploring nature with his son, and sharing Structural Integration knowledge to help more people understand the wisdom of the body.
