I have taken an interestingly diverse path in service to humanity in my life thus far: ranging from barista to business owner, political campaign staff to yoga teacher. I arrived in the world of health and wellness after years of body/mind dissociation. After discovering the power of yoga to integrate body/mind/spirit I knew that helping facilitate that empowering journey for others was part of my calling. I became a yoga teacher in 2018 and the next step was a deeper understanding of the body/different impact of service through Massage Therapy.
I studied fascia stretch therapy in Phoenix, Arizona with Chris and Ann Frederick, Co-Directors of the Stretch to Win Institute. Diving deeper down the fascial rabbit hole I furthered my study by completing the 640 hour structural integration program with Tom Myers of Anatomy Trains.
I offer a high level of education, intuition, curiosity and respect for the trust you place in me as a client in each session. I have great respect and admiration for the human body, my own body and yours.
I currently offer a 12 series of structural integration work and limited massage and fascia stretch. When I’m not marveling in the beauty and resilience of humanity and the magic of life, you can find me: snoogling my two pups, playing pickleball, working on my fitness or outside somewhere soaking up the sunshine with my hubs or friends or both!
