Jody Howard’s initial training in massage and bodywork was over 1100 hours at the Neuromuscular Therapy program at Northwest Georgia Technical College, completed in 2007. In the years since, he has attended trainings in Cranial-Structural techniques, Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy, and Erik Dalton’s Myoskeletal Alignment techniques. Working in private practice, a chiropractic clinic, and a busy physical therapy practice, has afforded Jody the opportunity to apply his skills and talents to clients and patients with a broad range of challenges and goals. Jody has enjoyed seeing these people achieve great improvements in their quality of life, and continues to be excited by the deep and lasting change afforded by Structural Integration.
Jody is particularly interested in exploring the many ways that SI parallels and complements the practice of Yoga, as a way of deepening awareness and integration of the physical and psycho-spiritual self.
