Sylvia Musmin Ahmina

Amsterdam, Netherlands

Throughout the years the essence of my professional working life always remained the same, being eager to learn and ask myself the question: ‘what is it that connects us?’ I come from the world of entertainment, where I experienced connecting with the audience through dance, fashion and music. This powerful way of connecting continued when I began working as a healthcare professional in 2000 and started my own massage company Mychi in my hometown Amsterdam. All these experiences turned out to be fertile soil for developing insight and logic in the fascinating practice of Structural Integration, it became the core business of my work. The excitement and attractiveness of this work is an attempt to manipulate the connective tissue. Not so much about restoring something, but more about engaging the authenticity of body and mind. To answer the question ‘what makes this body move and shape itself’. This puts us in the field of education about lifestyle, health, and individual uniqueness . Every ‘journey’ with clients aim to place the physical-body more efficiently in their energy system, the ATSI 12 series sessions offer a clear route map for this. Do you also want to experience how your (connective) tissue structure relates to movement, shape and function or even the world around you? As a client or fellow therapist, you are more than welcome to work with us on a better understanding of the fascia system in relation to a healthy body. ‘The power of ‘being connected’ is a rewarding journey of discovery, for yourself as well to others’. Let’s start today, and connect!
