For over 20 years Ryan McDonald, LMT has been helping people achieve a higher level of health and wellness. Starting out in the fitness industry before becoming a Licensed Massage and Bodyworker, Ryan has experience working in settings such as a martial arts center leading CardioKickboxing classes, developing and leading multiple youth fitness programs for local YMCA, before going on to work for a small one on one personal training studio. Ryan was working on a degree in Exercise Science/Athletic Training when he decided to switch to Massage Therapy School and graduated from Branford Hall’s 1080Hr Massage Therapy program and obtained his Massage Therapy License in 2010. Once licensed Ryan already having a background in health and wellness decided to focus his continuing education in sports and orthopedic massage. In 2013 was given his first of many opportunities to be a teaching assistant for James Waslaski at an Orthopedic Massage in Boston. Ryan would continue to assist at future events in CT and Mass. Realizing he enjoyed teaching in 2014 a Ryan began working as a Massage Therapy Instructor as well as Personal Training instructor at Bradford Hall Career Institute until early 2017.

In 2021 Ryan made the decision to go back to school for Structural Integration hoping to achieve a higher level of skill as a bodyworker and movement educator.

Ryan is a graduate of Anatomy Trains Structural Integration Class of 2022 and has an office in Avon, CT
