Moshe Feldenkrais stated that one of the most important criteria for good movement is the ability to move in any direction at any time with a minimum of preparation. My goal is to help people achieve that in what Ida Rolf said through “a balance of ease”.  On top of using Anatomy Trains to foster that in clients, I try my best to show people proper movement in their daily lives.
