Together with his wife, Monika, Michael is the founder of the Verkstedet-Ledd og Muskel klinikk in Oslo, Norway. The clinic has 9 practitioners working in various fields: KMI, Acupuncture, Cold Level Laser Therapy, Physiotherapy, Craniosacral Therapy, Visceral Manipulation, Bodyroll, Rehab Training, Core Training and nutrition. Michael has been a practitioner of Wing Chun Kung Fu for years, which has helped him to understand the movements in the living body. Being the first in Scandinavia to be certified as a KMI practitioner, Michael makes sure that the practitioners working in his clinic are all using the Anatomy Trains theory.
