Mare Tomaski has been exploring the healing potential of the body, mind and spirit for 20 years. Upon graduating from the New Mexico Academy of Advanced Healing Arts in 1994, she went on to study sports massage, myofascial release and the St John Method of Neuromuscular Therapy. In 2000 she began training with Tom Myers in KMI Structural body work and completed the training with a new passion and understanding for the power of conscious touch. Mare now weaves within her sessions a love of the pliable nature of the facial web, the subtle rhythm of the Fluid Tides of the body, together with a meditative reverence for the healing ability intricately woven into the body, mind and spirit. She also trained in Visionary Cranial Sacral Therapy with Hugh Milne and Biodynamic Cranial Touch with Charles Ridley. Mare is continuing to deepen her yoga practice through studies in the Vedic tradition and healing power of mantra and sound vibration, ecstatic trance music and poetry.
Mare is also enjoys playing guitar and writing poetry and in May of 2014 released her first book: The Human Restoration Project, a collection of insights from her years of working in the healing arts and the paths she took to cultivate her own healing.
