Kim Farrell, BCSI, LMT

I became interested in being a therapist after experiencing a neck injury affecting C3-C7. I soon learned the term myofascial pain on top of the bulging disk and nerve pain. I was able to find some relief through chiropractic care, massage therapy and acupuncture. It wasn’t until I went through a 12 Series where I experienced the power we all have inside ourselves to connect to the innate healing abilities of the human body. By focusing on the entire system, and not just looking at the symptoms, we are able to invoke a level of awareness to ourselves that brings about a wholeness of our body systems to create meaningful change. I can’t remember the last time I needed to get into the chiropractor. This work is truly an amazing journey for the body and soul.

I am a graduate of the Harper College Massage School. Having a strong foundation of anatomy, physiology, and pathology, the in-depth curriculum covered everything from clinical applications to complementary therapies. Through this program I was introduced to Tom Myers work and Structural Integration and decided to further my studies and embark upon the journey of becoming a Kinesis Myofacial Integration (KMI) practitioner. What a wonderful journey it has been. And now I can share this work with others.

My forte is in a targeted hands on approach to the entire body system to help bring ease and balance while increasing the functionality of your body. I take a foundational approach to healing where I strategically address the body system as a whole.

I look forward to helping you on your journey to a balanced body!
