Kiki Ruan

Singapore, Singapore

Kiki Ruan’s passion for anatomy began through navigating personal sports injuries. In search of lasting answers to chronic tension and repeated physical setbacks, a Thai massage course years ago sparked a deep interest in hands-on bodywork. However, discovering Anatomy Trains Structural Integration (ATSI) provided the comprehensive framework Kiki had been looking for.

Having had the privilege of attending a first workshop directly with Tom Myers, Kiki became fully committed to this lineage, captivated by the logic of tensegrity and continuous myofascial lines. Along this professional path, Kiki also discovered ScarWork, recognizing how powerfully the two modalities complement one another to achieve profound, systemic changes in the body.

As a certified ATSI practitioner and specialized ScarWork therapist, Kiki combines these approaches to look at the body as an interconnected system rather than a collection of isolated symptoms. Whether unwinding deep-seated structural patterns or integrating scar tissue back into the surrounding fascial web, Kiki’s goal is to help clients break the cycle of restriction and restore balance, ease of movement, and long-term physical resilience.
