I was born an explorer, and true to my soul I have painted a life of adventure, diving head first into foreign lands and braving my heart through everything life has to share. My top three adventures include: riding my Dad’s bicycle across America, empowering young girls in Cusco, Peru through sport, and becoming a dog mom. After many laps in the sea of healing arts, I am cultivating a practice that offers Anatomy Trains Structural Integration, Visionary Craniosacral Work and Abdominal Work/Visceral Manipulation in Portland, Maine.
