I am Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) and Board Certified Structural Integrator (BCSI) practicing in Bend, Oregon. I enjoy assisting people in increasing their mobility through awareness of their body’s and Structural Integration. I see the human body in a unique way and revel in bringing about understanding and change to individuals. I believe that when the range of motion goes up, the pain goes down and the fun goes up. I also believes that you are your greatest natural resource and that change is within you.
When I’m not practicing Structural Integration I enjoy reading books made of paper, backpacking or hiking in the wilderness, white water rafting, photography and eating delicious foods.
