I have always been active, athletic and curious and am continually amazed by the resiliency of the human body. I love learning and helping people. Through a series of life events I was led to my calling as a “Body Worker” and have been practicing for almost 25 years. I love what I do and have always wanted to set myself apart from the average, truly helping people function better. In Dec 2022 I received some Structural Integration bodywork that was so transformative that led me to enroll in the ATSI program and I graduated in June 2024. I currently am the only Board Certified Structural Integrationist here and welcome the opportunity to educate the community and my clients on this amazing work. We get one body, why not make the most of it!
