I am a former office employee who escaped the cubicle and the commute to follow my passion of health and wellness. I am also an 18 year Breast Cancer survivor so I know what it’s like to have my health compromised. Feeling good inside your body should not be the exception, it should be the rule! Massage and KMI Structural Integration are great ways to stay ahead of life’s challenges and find the balance necessary for a healthFULL life. My training started at Southwest Institute of Healing Arts in 1996 and has never stopped. The opportunity to meet and learn from Tom Myers during the 500+ hours of training with Kinesis was true divine intervention and has changed, enhanced, and expanded everything about my approach to bodywork.
But before I ever got to meet Tom Myers, his writing was my greatest influence. From the first magazine article I read as a student that really explained the anatomy of the neck, to his first Anatomy Trains book I ordered as soon as it was available, I have been learning and absorbing his tremendous depth of research on how the body works. I feel blessed to have had his wisdom and persistence pushing me along the path of knowledge and understanding of the whole system that makes up the miracle of human movement.
I look forward to working together to unravel your life’s adaptations, help you find better physical balance and learn more about your own “equipment.”
