I have a degree in Statistics from Florida State University (1994) and obtained a black belt in Judo (1996). In 1999 I became the Culinary Partner for PF Chang’s Birmingham, which gave me the financial support necessary to go to Red Mountain Institute for the Healing Arts to be come a certified massage therapist. After graduating I was invited to become an instructor and accepted the position. In my training Tom Myers’ work was introduced to me. The first book I read was Anatomy Trains and I thought it made perfect sense and it would be the right thing to do for a client. Thus began my journey into Structural Integration.
