Elizabeth is the founder of Embodiment Arts in San Diego, California and has been a bodyworker for more than 25 years. Using Anatomy Trains Structural Integration, she helps clients unwind myofascial tension to restore balance and functional movement.
Her bodywork practice uses trauma‑informed techniques to support both physical recovery and emotional well‑being. She holds a Master’s degree in Expressive Arts Therapy from the European Graduate School and a BS in Health and Exercise Science from Syracuse University. Movement has always been a passion of hers. Elizabeth has been an athlete in many forms: runner, triathlete, backpacker, and dancer. These days she focuses on swimming, hiking, strength training, and expressive movement.
