Dorothee Wihl, LMT, ATSI

Sammamish, WA, USA

I was born and grew up outside of Cologne, Germany. I came to Seattle when I was 23 years old and was inspired to study and pursue a career in Massage Therapy through a great friend.

I have been a Massage Therapist since 2000.

I have always worked with a very active clientele and enjoy the noticeable changes I see in my clients.

In 2011, I took part in a 500 hour Anatomy Trains Structural Integration (ATSI) Certification Training in Seattle, WA which has significantly deepened my knowledge in structural alignment imbalances in the body and altered my approach to my work.

My continuing education includes: Medical Massage, Cadaver Anatomy, Scar Tissue Integration, Bone and Cranial Rolfing, The Art of Rolfing, Gait Analysis with James Earls and numerous classes in Fascial Balancing with Richard Polishuk and Lauren Christman.

I am part of the Therapy Team at Pacific Northwest Ballet (PNB) since 2015. I have been volunteering with the PNB Company backstage since 2011.
