Diana Christmas started her journey with structural bodywork in 2012 after receiving the work for her scoliosis. The work changed her life & inspired her to become a practitioner herself. Diana is a Licensed Massage Therapist in Tennessee with a certification in Anatomy Trains Structural Integration (ATSI) & is a Board-Certified Structural Integrator (BCSI).
Diana is the owner of DC Bodywork in Knoxville, TN. She is completely astonished by the changes in one’s physical & mental being that can take place during the Structural Integration process. ATSI is much more than bodywork, it is a journey that helps people from all different backgrounds. She specializes working with pre & post-op orthopedic patients, athletes, weekend warriors, active people dealing with nagging injuries, and/or those who simply need a recharge.
She says it is fulfilling to help her community utilizing Structural Integration as a pro-active manual therapy system, and it is a framework that is constantly evolving. As a lifelong learner, Diana continues to ask questions & is ever learning about the vast knowledge base surrounding anatomy, fascia, & modalities seeing how it all integrates to help people know their bodies better than when they came through her doors.
