Dezza is a certified Anatomy Trains Structural Integrator (ATSI) under the tutelage of the school’s founder, Tom Myers, and his select senior instructors. ATSI is a type of structural bodywork that works on fascia to unwind your body’s habitual tension patterns, restoring its natural ease, balance, and resiliency. Her bodywork practice involves a series of sessions that involve slow, deep fascial manipulations coupled with movement and postural re-education. Beyond manual bodywork, Dezza also has extensive movement and mindfulness experience through yoga and meditation. Her experience as a Yoga Medicine-based movement instructions complement the structural integration sessions as needed by her individual clients.
