I have been a Soft Tissue Therapist for over 18 years and I have been working in the Premier League as a First Team STT for the past 15 seasons. I have spent the majority of this time at West Ham United F.C. (London) with our major achievement becoming European Conference League Champions in 2023. Over my career I have always looked to learn from the best practitioners in my field, with the most significant being: spending seven weeks in Maine, US working with Tom Myers and three weeks in Phoenix, US learning Fascial Stretch Therapy from Chris & Anne Fredricks. I have done many other courses, workshops and ‘in house’ training during this time that compliant my more significant qualifications.
I combine my skills into a method of “Mobilse & Stretch” followed by “Soft Tissue Treatment” and “Movement & Integration” that has achieved profound improvements in movement quality, range and posture (please see my website for more information)
