Cate is excited to be a BCSI after graduating from Anatomy Trains in June of 2023. As a pilates teacher for over a decade, Cate brings a detailed expertise in bodyreading, an essential piece of the SI practice. Growing up as a ballet dancer, attention to form and detail is a part of her being. Originally from New York, Cate is welcoming the calmer frequency of Maine and all the many treasures it has to offer. Cate looks forward to taking on the project of Structural Integration with you!
