Yoga and Yoga Anatomy
Carrie has been practicing and teaching Yoga for 18 years. During this time she has studied extensively with Victor van Kooten & Angela Farmer, Leslie Kaminoff and Kali Ray. Carrie earned her Yoga teacher certificate from Esther Myers.
Carrie has found that the Anatomy Trains vision manifests naturally in Yoga Asana – it is a natural bridge to deepen both the experience and understanding of anatomy, embracing the intellect, felt senses, visualization and mindful explorations. Carrie teaches regional anatomy and Anatomy Trains to Yoga students and teachers making the subject exciting, accessible and relevant to their craft. Carrie is registered with Yoga Alliance at the E-RYT 500 level.
